These delicious white chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookies are inspired by my beautiful Mother In Law and Matt's Mum. She has a unhealthy obsession for macadamia nut ice cream so we created a cookie in her honour.
FYI, she is very much alive.
Each cookie weighs 120g before being baked.
Store your cookies either in an airtight container in the cupboard or they can be kept in the refrigerator. If you are wanting to keep for a later date, it can be frozen for up to 3 months, IF you can wait that long.
